Jaimie has built, scaled, and successfully exited his own estate agency, led high-performing sales teams, and advised agencies across the UK and Europe on growth, leadership, and digital transformation.

Recognising the shift towards AI-powered search and recommendations, Jaimie founded Schutle to help estate agencies make their own data visible, trusted, and understandable to the next generation of intelligent systems.

Working alongside Jaimie is a team of experienced specialists in SEO, web development, data engineering, and artificial intelligence. Together, they have helped develop and commercialise AI-driven products used by businesses across multiple industries, combining deep technical expertise with practical commercial experience.
